Animal Kingdom

We ventured on to Animal Kingdom on day two with one mission in mind: Expedition Everest in Asia. The elaborately themed roller coaster boasts a Yeti that is trying to protect “Mount Everest.” After riding it three times in a row we decided to go back to the park on our last day to hop in the singles line (much quicker) and ride it once more! The third time we rode it there were these two Southern accented girls behind us. They screamed so loud the entire way while Jeff laughed at them. At the end of the ride one of the girls in a heavy southern high pitched drawl asked me: “Did we go upside dowwwwn?” I told her it may feel like it when you’re going backwards on the ride, but that no, you don’t go upside down. Funny girls.
Then we fast passed Kilimanjaro Safari’s in Africa. It sure feels like you’re on an African Safari when a rhino decides to break from the pack and walk onto the road you are traveling. Our driver calmly stopped while we all looked out in anticipation of what the rhino would do next. After glancing at us the rhino walked a complete circle around a tree and went back to the pack.

So, did the rhino just check you all out or what!?! That is too cool! I want to go to DisneyWorld SOOOO bad! That ride in Animal Kingdom looks like a blast. Maybe you two would go next year with me and Paul?
